Vitamix Propel 750 Review + Best Deals 2024

Vitamix released two new Propel Series blenders, the Propel 750 and 510, offering the iconic Vitamix performance and convenient blending programs.

Of the two, the Propel 750 is the best for its five program settings for Smoothies, Hot Soup, Frozen Desserts, Dips & Spreads, and Self-Cleaning.

It also features a slightly powerful 2.2-HP motor, a 64-oz container, a 7-Year full warranty, and an easy-to-use variable speed control with a pulse switch

The Propel 750 costs the same as the Vitamix Pro 750. These two blenders have almost identical features and specs, including the control settings!

Here is my quick, hands-on review of the Vitamix Propel 750 with insights on how it compares to other Vitamix models and everything you need to know in 2024!

Vitamix Propel 750

Vitamix Propel 750 Review: Key Features & Benefits

The Vitamix Propel 750 looks like a refreshed version of the Vitamix 750, also known as the Vitamix Professional Series 750, Vitamix Professional 750, or Vitamix Pro 750. These two blender specs are almost identical and have the same pricing!

TIP: The Vitamix 750 is currently available on Amazon at highly discounted prices. Follow this link to check if these deals are still available for you to grab

2.2 Horsepower Motor Base

The Vitamix Propel 750 has a 2.2-horsepower motor, powerful enough to blend virtually any whole food ingredient to consistency.

The powerful motor easily turns tough veggies and fruits into silky-smooth smoothies, and the blade friction makes steaming-hot soups from cold ingredients.

With Propel 750, you will make healthy, delicious recipes in minutes, from bar-quality snow-like crushed ice to nut butter, grind coffee, and much more!

The Propel 750 features a radial cooling fan and thermal protection system, as with all other full-sized household Vitamix blenders.

Variable Speed Control Knob with 5 Presets + Pulse

The Vitamix Propel 750 features analog-style control settings that are super easy to use, even for someone new to Vitamix blenders!

  • An elegant variable speed control knob is in the middle to manually adjust its speed settings from 1 to 10 and use the five preset programs.
  • On one end of the dial is an On/Off switch; on the other, there is a Pulse switch to precisely control and fine-tune the blend texture.

The On/Off switch is not the power switch. A power switch is in the front of the blender base with blue LED light

The On/Off switch helps you manually start or stop the blending process to avoid accidents when you place the container on the blender!

As I mentioned, the automated blending programs include Smoothies, Hot Soup, Frozen Desserts, Dips & Spreads, and Self-Cleaning.

Like the Vitamix Pro 750, these blending programs are exceptionally handy for walk-away blending convenience and easy cleaning

64-oz Low-Profile Container

The Vitamix Propel 750 has a large 64-oz low-profile container with clear ounces and cup measurement markings. It’s the same container you get with the Pro 750!

It has 4-inch aircraft-grade, laser-cut stainless steel blades. These blades work by pulverizing the ingredients at high speeds to ensure consistency.

When spinning at high speed, the blades create friction heat that brings cold ingredients to steaming hot in about six minutes. It is such a handy feature for making hot soups!

It has a black lid that snaps in place tightly to avoid splattering while blending. The lid has a small clear-color lid plug where you insert the included low-profile tamper. The lid plug doubles as a 2-ounce measurer!

Like all other Vitamix containers, it’s made of high-quality, food-grade, BPA-free   Eastman Tritan Copolyester plastic.

The 64-oz container and all its components (lid, lid plug, and tamper) are dishwasher-safe and self-cleaning

Vitamix Propel 750

But remember that this is a wet container and not the best if you regularly process dry ingredients like grinding coffee, milling grains, spices, and nut butter.

In that case, I suggest getting the 32-oz Dry Grains Container separately. It has Vitamix Dry Grains blades that create a reverse vortex to prevent packing.

It’s a perfect container for processing barista-quality ground coffee, smooth nut butter, milling dry grains, and making spices in batches!

Vitamix Propel 750 Weight & Size

The Vitamix Propel 750 feels much lighter than the traditional Legacy Series models. Yet, you still get the top-notch Vitamix performance and industry-leading blend quality!

It weighs 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms). In comparison, the Vitamix Professional 750 weighs 12.5 pounds (5.67 kg). But the Propel 750 motor base is larger, measuring 9 by 7.5 inches.

It is 18 inches tall with the 64-oz low-profile container on top, while the Pro 750 is 17.5 inches tall with the same container. But they both fit in most modern kitchen cabinets!

7-Year Full Warranty

The Vitamix Propel 750 has a 7-Year full warranty covering everything from parts replacement to labor, performance, and two-way shipping.

The Pro 750 also has the same 7-year full warranty. Remember, all Vitamix blenders are US-made in Cleveland, Ohio, for reliability and durability!

Vitamix Propel 750 Review: FAQs & Answers!

2. How Much is the Vitamix Propel 750?

The Vitamix Propel 750 costs $629.95 on the official Vitamix website, but you can check on Amazon if they have it on discounted pricing or renewed deals!

3. Are the Vitamix Propel 750 and Pro 750 the Same?

No, the Vitamix Propel 750 is a new Vitamix blender platform. Still, it looks like a refreshed version of the iconic Pro 750, making it the best choice for anyone looking for a Vitamix with analog controls.

4. How Many Watts is Vitamix Propel 750?

The Vitamix Propel 750 has a 1,400W motor that delivers 2.2 horsepower when blending at full speed.

5. Is the Vitamix Propel 750 Loud?

Yes, the Vitamix Propel 750 is quite loud. Like its similarly-designed Vitamix Professional 750, its noise level is over 90 decibels when blending at full speed, which sounds like a large lawn mower.

6. Can Vitamix Propel 750 Be Used with a Food Processor?

You can use the Vitamix Propel 750 as a food processor for making baby food, coarse chopping, mixing batters and dough, and dressings.

Vitamix Propel 750 Review: Final Word + My Alternative Recommendations!

The Vitamix Propel Series 750 is powerful and reliable, with convenient automatic blending programs and self-cleaning.

It delivers the iconic Vitamix professional-grade blending performance, making it an exceptional choice for someone who wants a Vitamix with analog controls.

That is compared to the Ascent Series models like the Vitamix A3500, which has a touch panel, Bluetooth connectivity, and SELF-DETECT technology.

The Propel 750 control settings are super easy to use! The variable speed knob controls speed 1 to 10 and the five blending programs

The pulse switch controls and fine-tunes the blends precisely, and the 64-oz container is perfect for making large batches.

Its overall build quality is great for reliability and durability, and it has a 7-year full warranty for your peace of mind!

It is an all-around, professional-grade, multipurpose blender I highly recommend! But the high noise level is something you’ll have to endure!

NOTE: I suggest getting the Blendtec Professional 800 if you want a quiet blender. It costs $200 more than the Vitamix Propel 750 but runs near-quiet!
