Yet, the sleek-looking Vitamix A3500 with Brushed Stainless Finish is the best model. It provides quieter blending with intuitive controls and five preset modes.

Vitamix Blenders Comparison

Vitamix Blenders: Which Vitamix to Buy in 2024?

Before we dive into the complete list of the Vitamix models, from A to Z, here is my quick expert recommendation of the best Vitamix blenders for your money.

1. Vitamix A3500 with Brushed Stainless Finish – Overall Best Vitamix Blender!

All Vitamix blender enthusiasts agree that the Vitamix A3500 with Brushed Stainless Finish is the overall best Vitamix blender as of 2023!

It features a powerful 2.2-horsepower motor that delivers the iconic Vitamix professional-grade performance for consistent blends!

The A3500 has an intuitive touchscreen panel, a programmable digital timer, a premium variable speed control dial, five blending programs, and a pulse feature.

These program settings for smoothies, hot soups, dips and spreads, frozen desserts, and self-cleaning are super-useful for walk-away blending and multitasking!

It has a 64-oz low-profile container with SELF-DETECT and a low-profile tamper. The container and all its components are self-cleaning and dishwasher-safe!

A unique feature of the Vitamix A3500 is the built-in wireless SELF-DETECT technology and Bluetooth connectivity!

The SELF-DETECT technology allows it to recognize the container in use and adjust its settings and maximum blending times for the best results.

On the other hand, the built-in Bluetooth connectivity lets you pair the A3500 with your smartphone, iPhone, or iPad to access the Vitamix Perfect Blend app

The Perfect Blend app unlocks extra features, including 17 blending programs and over 500 recipes, making the A3500 a versatile machine!

The A3500 is exceptionally well-built for durability and reliability. It has a 10-year full warranty covering parts, performance, labor, and two-way shipping!

It comes in various colors and finishes, but the Brushed Stainless Finish is more sleek-looking and slightly quieter than the rest!

A3500 is compatible with other containers like the 20-oz blending cup and accessories, including the Vitamix 12-cup food processor attachment!

If you are looking for which Vitamix to buy for value for your money, I highly recommend you invest in the A3500 with Brushed Stainless Finish!

2. Vitamix Propel 750 – Best Vitamix Blender with Straightforward Controls!

The Vitamix Propel 750 delivers the iconic Vitamix professional-grade performance of the A3500 but features easy-to-use analog controls!

Its powerful 2.2-horsepower motor provides consistent blends, including turning tough fruits and veggies into silky-smooth smoothies and making hot soups!

Like the A3500, the Propel 750 blends any whole food ingredient to consistency. It can crush bar-quality ice, grind barista-quality coffee, and make baby food!

The Propel 750 features an elegant variable speed control knob to manually adjust the speed settings from 1 to 10 and use the five blending programs.

These blending programs include Smoothies, Hot Soup, Frozen Desserts, Dips & Spreads, and Self-Cleaning, which you also get with the A3500!

It also has a pulse switch to precisely control and fine-tune the blending texture and an On/Off to start and stop the blending process manually.

What I love about the Propel 750 is its straightforward design with easy-to-use control settings that suits a family with tweens, teens, and older members!

While the A3500 is sleek-looking and more tech-advanced, not everyone wants a fancy touchscreen panel and Bluetooth in a kitchen blender.

You may only want professional-grade blending performance, preprogrammed blending settings, and rock-solid build quality for reliability!

That’s exactly what the Propel 750 delivers! It has a 7-Year full warranty covering everything from parts replacement to performance and labor!

Like the A3500, the Propel 750 also comes with a large 64-oz low-profile container and a low-profile tamper. It’s also self-cleaning and dishwasher-safe!

If you are looking for which Vitamix to buy with easy-to-use control settings, I highly recommend you invest in the Vitamix Propel 750!

3. Vitamix E320 Renewed – Best Cheaper Vitamix Blender for Under $300!

Vitamix designed the Explorian Series blenders with basic build quality and simple controls to meet the needs of anyone looking for a cheaper Vitamix model!

Yet, despite its build quality, the E320 still delivers Vitamix’s professional-grade blending performance for consistent blends, even when making custom recipes.

The E320 is super versatile, extremely powerful, and durable! It also comes with a dishwasher-safe 64-oz low-profile container and a low-profile tamper

It has no fancy digital controls and presets, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking for the Vitamix blending performance with an easy-to-use interface

But it has a variable speed control knob to adjust the blending speed from 1 to 10 manually. It also has a Pulse switch and an On/Off switch.

While the Vitamix E320 is available brand new for slightly under $400 with a 7-Year warranty, I recommend getting it from Amazon as a premium renewed product with a 3-Year warranty for under $300!

TIP: All Vitamix blenders are built for high-performance blending. You can use any Vitamix model to make smoothies, ice creams, hot soups, doughs, nut butter, grind coffee, and more!

Vitamix Blenders: Comparison of Vitamix Models

If you want an up-to-date comparison of Vitamix models, this section was done for you! It features the complete list of the available Vitamix blenders as of 2023.

It also includes how they compare: build quality, blending performance, motor power for versatility, and prices. Plus, buying tips, insights, and best deals!

Vitamix groups its blenders into different product lines or platforms. Models in each line share matching accessories but mainly differ in their blending power and controls.

Currently, just over a dozen Vitamix models are available in the market; and on four platforms. Here is an A-to-Z comparison of these Vitamix blenders:

Vitamix Propel Series

Vitamix released the new Propel Series platform on February 24, 2023, with two new models, the Vitamix Propel 510 and Propel 750.

The Propel Series blenders have the iconic Vitamix professional-grade blending performance and convenient preprogrammed settings

Propel 510 and Propel 750 are almost similar-looking, with a few differences in motor power, blending programs, container size, and warranty.

Both blenders are exceptionally well-built for performance, versatility, and durability and can make anything from smoothies to hot soups and more!

Their build design resembles a refreshed version of the Vitamix Professional 750, including the easy-to-use analog controls with an elegant black finish.

1. Vitamix Propel 750

The Vitamix Propel 750 features a powerful 2.2-horsepower motor and comes with a large 64-oz low-profile container and a low-profile tamper

It has an easy-to-use variable speed control knob in the middle to manually adjust its speed settings from 1 to 10 and use the five preset programs.

The five preset programs include Smoothies, Hot Soup, Frozen Desserts, Dips & Spreads for walk-away blending convenience, and Self-Cleaning for easy cleaning.

The Propel 750 also features a pulse switch to fine-tune your blends and an On/Off switch to manually start and stop the blending process, which helps avoid accidental blending!

It has a robust build quality for durability and reliability. This blender is designed for long-lasting performance, even with daily use!

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptionally built Vitamix with a 64-oz jar and easy-to-use controls. It has a 7-year full warranty!

TIP: The only rival of the Propel 750 is the Vitamix A3500, which has touchscreen controls, preset programs, SELF-DETECT technology, and Bluetooth connectivity!

2. Vitamix Propel 510

As mentioned, the two Propel Series blenders have almost identical features, specs, and build quality. Yet, the Propel 510 costs about $150 less than Propel 750!

The huge price difference is justifiable since Propel 510 has a 2-horsepower motor, three blending programs, and a 48-oz container

Yet, while the motor is slightly less powerful than the 2.2-horsepower of the Propel 750, it still delivers professional-grade performance for consistent blends!

Propel 510 also has an easy-to-use variable speed control knob in the middle to manually adjust its speed settings from 1 to 10 and use the three preset programs.

The three preprogrammed settings include Smoothies, Frozen Desserts, and Hot Soups for walk-away blending convenience.

It also has a robust build quality for durability and reliability and comes with a 5-year full warranty. You can expect it to last over a decade with daily use!

The 48-oz container makes the Propel 510 an exceptional choice for a home with one or two people to prepare single-serve to mid-sized batches!

Vitamix Ascent Series

The Ascent Series platform features four Vitamix blenders with powerful 2.2-HP motors, wireless SELF-DETECT technology, and Bluetooth connectivity.

They include the overall best Vitamix A3500, Vitamix A3300, my favorite model Vitamix A2500, and the inexpensive model Vitamix A2300.

These blenders are designed for professional-grade performance, durability, and connectivity and share matching containers, accessories, and attachments.

Vitamix also refers to them as the Smart System blenders. They have robust build quality like the Propel Series for reliability and versatility!

All four models have a 10-Year full warranty covering everything from parts replacement, labor, performance defects, and two-way shipping!

The main differences between these four Ascent Series models are their overall appearance, control panel features, and control settings

Yet, they all come with a 64-oz low-profile container with SELF-DETECT. The container is made of BPA-free plastic and self-cleaning and dishwasher-safe

Remember, this container differs from the 64-oz low-profile container with the Propel Series blenders since it lacks the SELF-DETECT technology.

All containers meant for the Ascent Series blenders have built-in wireless SELF-DETECT technology, which allows the blender to read the container size and auto-adjust its blending settings and maximum blending times.

Apart from the 64-oz low-profile container with SELF-DETECT, these blenders also work with other Vitamix containers and accessories you can purchase separately, including:

  1. Vitamix 48-oz Container with SELF-DETECT. It’s a perfect size for preparing small to medium recipe batches for one to two people.
  2. Vitamix Dry Grains 48-oz Container with SELF-DETECT. The ideal container for processing dry grains and grinding coffee beans.
  3. Vitamix 48-oz Stainless Steel Container. It’s an incredibly durable and versatile container that is easy to clean and compatible with the Ascent Series models and all the other full-sized Vitamix Blenders.
  4. Vitamix 48-oz Aer Disc Container. It acts as a muddler and cocktail shaker, extracts essential oils and juice, and chills drinks without crushing ice. It’s also compatible with the Ascent Series models and all the other full-sized Vitamix Blenders.
  5. Vitamix 20-oz Blending Cup with SELF-DETECT. It’s a perfect container for blending on-the-go smoothies and shakes. It comes with a blade base and a swappable spill-proof lid.
  6. Vitamix 8-oz Blending Bowl with SELF-DETECT. It’s an incredibly useful accessory for chopping ingredients and making baby food, smoothie bowls, dressings, dips, and spreads.
  7. Vitamix 12-cup Food Processor Attachment with SELF-DETECT. It’s an innovative accessory that converts your Vitamix to a food processor that can shred, slice, chop, and knead, among others!

All these containers and accessories and their components are made of BPA-free material. They are self-cleaning and dishwasher-safe!

NOTE: I always recommend self-cleaning the container rather than putting it in the dishwasher, as it often weakens plastic with prologued use!

The built-in Bluetooth connectivity lets you pair these blenders with the Vitamix Perfect Blend app to access 17 preset programs and 500+ recipes.

The app is available on Android mobile devices and iOS (iPhone and iPad). It allows you to unlock the Ascent Series blenders’ full blending potential.

The 17 preprogrammed blending settings are super useful for walk-away blending convenience. They include:

  • Smoothies;
  • Nut Butter;
  • Hot Soup;
  • Self-Cleaning;
  • Marinades;
  • Baby Food;
  • Salad Dressings;
  • Frozen Desserts;
  • Dry Chopping;
  • Spreads;
  • Spice Grinding;
  • Cold Skim Milk Foam;
  • Frozen Cocktails;
  • Nut Milk;
  • Thick Dips;
  • Batter; and,
  • Acai Bowls.

The Ascent Series blenders have sleek designs with excellent modernized features for both aesthetics and industry-leading blending performance.

Yet, the wireless SELF-DETECT technology and built-in Bluetooth might be a turn-off if you prefer easy-to-use analog controls like the Vitamix Propel 750!

But if you are young and probably always on your smartphone or are busy and prefer preset blending programs, get any of the Ascent Series models.

3. Vitamix A3500

The Vitamix A3500 is the most pricey model in the Ascent Series platform. It has a touchscreen control panel with a sleek finish that’s easy to wipe clean.

Like Vitamix Propel 750, the A3500 has five convenient blending programs for Smoothies, Hot Soup, Frozen Desserts, Dips & Spreads, and Self-Cleaning

Yet, its most unique feature is the built-in programmable digital timer with a – and + controls that let you set the length of the blend for consistent results!

It will turn off automatically once the time you have entered is complete. The digital timer also counts up the blending time when preparing custom recipes.

At the center is a sleek, premium digital variable speed control dial that lets you manually set the blending speed when processing custom recipes.

It allows you to adjust the blending speed from 1 to 10 with half-speed settings to precisely control the blending process and fine-tune the texture of any recipe!

On one side of the variable speed control dial is a pulse feature, and on the other, there is an On/Off button to start and stop the blending process manually.

The Ascent Series A3500 comes in various colors and finishes. Yet, my favorite variation is the Vitamix A3500 with Brushed Stainless Finish!

It has slightly lower noise levels and an elegant design that perfectly complements your kitchen, and I recommend it over all the other variations!

Other variations include the A3500 Gold Label, which is overly expensive for its eye-catching gold accents and sophisticated colors with no added features!

You can also get the Candy Apple Red, Copper, Graphite, or Stainless Bundles with the 64-oz low-profile container and the Vitamix food processor attachment

4. Vitamix A3300

The Vitamix A3300 has all the features of the A3500 except the five preset blending programs. Yet, costs the same as the A2500, which is my favorite!

So, with the A3300, you still get a sleek-looking touchscreen panel, a built-in programmable digital timer, and a premium digital variable speed control dial

It also has a Pulse feature to precisely control and fine-tune the texture of your blends and an On/Off button to start and stop the blending process manually.

But for its price, which is only $50 less than the A3500, I would rather top up and get the A3500 for its blending programs or buy the Vitamix A2500.

TIP: Sometimes, you might find the Vitamix A3300 at highly discounted prices on Amazon. Follow this link to check if these deals are still available for you to grab!

5. Vitamix A2500

The Vitamix A2500 is my favorite Vitamix Ascent Series model and, by extension, my best Vitamix blender for the following three reasons!

The first reason is its premium variable speed control knob with labels for speeds 1 to 10 and its three preset blending programs

The design differs from the premium digital variable speed control dial of the A3500 and A3300. In their case, the dial is digitalized and lacks labels, so the speed adjustments are displayed on the touchscreen control panel.

But the A2500’s variable speed control knob isn’t digitalized. It works like the variable speed control knob of the Vitamix Propel 510 and Propel 750.

I prefer this design since it’s straightforward, easy to use, and better for people who don’t want too much unnecessary technology on a kitchen appliance.

The second reason is that the A2500’s three preset programs for Smoothies, Hot Soups, and Frozen Desserts provide walk-away blending convenience!

The third reason is the digital timer that displays how long you have been blending to achieve consistent blends every time!

Unlike with Vitamix A3500 and A3300, the digital timer is not programmable. It only indicates the blending time – just like a stopwatch!

Vitamix A2500 also has a Pulse Switch to control and fine-tune the texture of the blends precisely and an On/Off switch to start and stop the blending process.

Like the other Ascent Series blenders, it has a 64-oz low-profile container with SELF-DETECT and comes in black, red, white, and white colors!

Remember, it has built-in Bluetooth connectivity to pair with your smartphone to access the Vitamix Perfect Blend app and access the 17 preset programs

To sum it up, I prefer the A2500 for its simple analog controls and three blending programs, digital timer, SELF-DETECT technology, and Bluetooth connectivity!

It makes the A2500 the best option if you want an easy-to-use Vitamix that still has future-proofed features and works with many containers and accessories

6. Vitamix A2300

The Vitamix A2300 is the most affordable Ascent Series model! It costs $50 less than the A2500 but lacks the preset blending programs.

All the other features are the same! It also has a premium variable speed control knob with labels for speeds 1 to 10, a pulse switch, and an On/Off Switch

The A2300 also has a digital timer that displays how long the blender has been running. It comes with a 64-oz low-profile container with SELF-DETECT.

But for its price, I would rather top up the $50 and get the Vitamix A2500 for its three blending programs or buy the Reconditioned Vitamix V1200

TIP: Sometimes, you might find the Vitamix A2300 at highly discounted prices on Amazon. Follow this link to check if these deals are still available for you to grab!

7. Vitamix Venturist V1200

Vitamix designed the Venturist V1200 as a Costco-exclusive model! But it’s now available on Amazon as a Renewed Premium blender for $449.95!

Like the four Ascent Series Blenders, Vitamix V1200 is a smart system model with built-in wireless SELF-DETECT technology and Bluetooth connectivity!

The built-in Bluetooth lets you pair it with your smartphone or iPhone/iPad to access the Vitamix Perfect Blend app and use the 17 blending programs.

It also features a powerful 2.2-horsepower motor and comes with a large 64-oz low-profile container and a 20-oz SELF-DETECT blending cup

TIP: The Venturist V1200 works with all the Ascent Series compatible containers I’ve listed above, including the Vitamix 12-cup food processor attachment

It has simple controls; a variable speed control knob with 1 to 10-speed labels, a Pulse switch, an On/Off switch, and a programmable digital timer

The timer has – and + buttons for setting the blending time when preparing custom recipes, so the blender stops automatically when the time runs out!

The programmable digital timer and the extra 20-oz blending cup are why I would go for the V1200 instead of the Vitamix A2300, which costs the same!

Remember, despite being a renewed product, V1200 has a whopping 5-Year full warranty that covers the parts, performance, labor, and two-way shipping!

For its $449.95 pricing and the 5-Year warranty is quite a steal! But for $50 more, I would rather get the Vitamix A2500 brand new with a 10-Year warranty!

Vitamix Explorian Series

The Vitamix Explorian Series platform is a budget-friendly category of Vitamix blenders with basic build quality and simple controls!

Yet, they still deliver Vitamix’s reliable, professional-grade blending performance, allowing you to get consistent blends every time.

Initially, Vitamix produced only two Explorian Series models, the Vitamix E310 with a 2-HP motor and 48-oz container; and the Vitamix E320 with a 2.2-HP motor and 64-oz low-profile container

But Vitamix recently released another Explorian Series model, the Vitamix E520, a Costco-exclusive model that I highly suggest you avoid!

The E520 has a 2.2-HP motor, a 64-oz low-profile container, and three blending programs for Smoothies, Hot Soup, and Frozen Desserts.

It also comes with two sleek-looking 24-oz reusable spill-proof chilly tumblers with two silicone-tip stainless steel straws.

But for its price and the basic build quality with a sub-par finish, you would rather get the Vitamix A2500, which costs almost the same!

That said, the Vitamix E320 is a wonderful value-priced blender, especially when you get it as a certified-reconditioned product with a 3-year warranty!

Why is Vitamix Explorian Cheaper?

The Vitamix Explorian blenders are cheaper because they have basic build quality and simple controls. But they still provide the professional-grade Vitamix performance for consistent blends!

8. Vitamix E310

The Vitamix E310 is a wonderful, affordable alternative to the Vitamix Propel 510 I recommend for a home with one or two people!

The E310 also features a powerful 2-horsepower motor that delivers professional-grade blending performance for consistent blends.

Like all full-size Vitamix blenders, it has a variable speed control knob in the middle to adjust its speed settings from 1 to 10 manually.

There is a pulse switch on one side of the variable speed control knob and an On/Off switch on the other to start and stop the blending process.

E310 is available in black, red, and slate colors with a 48-oz container and a 5-year full warranty covering parts, labor, performance, and two-way shipping!

Despite its basic build quality and simple controls, the E310 still blends any whole food ingredients to consistency, including making hot soups

I highly recommend the E310 as an affordable but stellar Vitamix! Sometimes, you may find it on a highly discounted deal of under $300 on Amazon.

9. Vitamix E320

The Vitamix E320 has an equally basic build quality and simple controls, yet it still delivers the iconic Vitamix professional-grade blending performance.

It features a slightly powerful 2.2-horsepower motor, making it a super versatile machine that blends tough ingredients to consistency and makes hot soups.

E320 has a large 64-oz low-profile container. It’s the same container you get with the Vitamix Propel 750 and the Vitamix Legacy Series models.

Like all full-size Vitamix blenders, it has a variable speed control knob in the middle to manually adjust its speed settings from 1 to 10.

On one side of the variable speed control knob is a pulse switch to precisely control the blending process and an On/Off switch on the other.

The Vitamix E320 comes at a huge bargain of under $400 when you get it brand new with a 7-year full warranty, making it quite a steal!

But I highly recommend getting it from Amazon as a renewed product for under $300 with a 3-year full warranty. It’s available in black and red colors!

TIP: The Vitamix full warranty covers everything from parts replacement, labor, performance, and two-way shipping at no extra cost to you!

10. Vitamix E520

As mentioned, the Vitamix E520 is a recent addition to the Explorian Series platform as a Costco-exclusive model!

It’s one of the Vitamix blenders used by the Costco roadshow reps. The others include the Venturist V1200, which I addressed above!

The E520 features a basic build quality with simple controls. Yet, its powerful 2.2-horsepower motor still delivers professional-grade blending performance.

It has a variable speed control knob in the middle to manually adjust the blending speed from 1 to 10 and use the three preprogrammed settings

The preset programs include Smoothies, Hot Soup, and Frozen Desserts, the same settings you get with the Vitamix A2500 and Propel 510.

The E520 has a 64-oz low-profile container, two sleek 24-oz reusable spill-proof chilly tumblers with steel straws, and a 7-year full warranty!

But despite its great features and the included accessories, I highly suggest you avoid it for its basic build quality and high price tag!

You are better off with the Vitamix A2500, which costs almost the same, or the Venturist V1200, which is slightly more affordable than the E520.

Vitamix Legacy Series

After unveiling the four Ascent Series models, Vitamix coined the Legacy Series platform to combine the Next-Gen Series (G-Series) and Classic Series (C-Series) blenders, initially two distinct platforms!

The Legacy Series models have been around for over a decade. So, they are quite old, and Vitamix has retired most blenders in this platform to pave the way for the newer Propel Series and Ascent Series blenders!

Vitamix C-Series

The Classic Series platform is the oldest Vitamix product line dating back to 1992 when the brand released the Vita-Mix 5000

Also known as Total Nutrition Center, the 5000 had a boxier plastic base, an 11-speed motor, and a clear polycarbonate container.

Fifteen years later, they released the Vitamix 5200 in October 2007 as a flagship model to replace the Vita-Mix 5000.

The 5200 became an instant daring to most blender enthusiasts and the most popular and best-selling blender ever!

It is the Vitamix blender you’ll most likely find in most American kitchens. It is also widely used in restaurants, cafes, and cocktail bars!

The Vitamix 5200 has a 2-HP motor, a 64-oz tall classic container, a variable speed control knob for speeds 1 to 10, and a High-Speed switch.

Yet, despite being one of the best Vitamix blenders ever produced, you’re better off with the Vitamix Propel 750, the A3500, or the A2500

Other Classic Series blenders include the Vitamix 5300, released on January 30, 2015, with a slightly powerful 2.2-HP motor!

The 5300 is among Vitamix blenders with the 64-oz low-profile container with a wider base and 4-inch blades.

But I highly suggest you avoid the 5300! Instead, get the Vitamix Propel 750 or, even better, the cheaper Vitamix Explorian E320

All the other Classic Series models have since been retired. They include:

  • Vitamix Pro 500;
  • Vitamix Pro 200;
  • Vitamix CIA Professional Series;
  • Vitamix TurboBlend Two Speed;
  • Vitamix TurboBlend Three Speed;
  • Vitamix Creations II;
  • Vitamix 6000;
  • Vitamix 6300; and,
  • Vitamix 6500.

All these Classic Series models were released in the last decade of the 2010s but have all since been retired to pave the way to the improved Propel Series, Ascent Series, and Explorian Vitamix blenders!

11. Vitamix 5200

The Vitamix 5200 reigned as the king of the kitchen for over a decade since it came out in 2007. It’s powerful, versatile, and rock-solid durable!

The 5200 was the first Vitamix machine to deliver a true professional-grade blending performance and industry-leading consistency in most recipes.

As mentioned, it has a powerful 2-horsepower motor and a variable speed control knob in the middle to manually adjust the speed from 1 to 10.

When set to the highest speed, the motor spins the blades at 22,500 RPM, which is an impressively high blending speed.

As such speeds, the 5200 can turn cold ingredients into steaming hot soup with the blades’ friction heat in under 6 minutes.

What Does a Vitamix 5200 Do?

The Vitamix 5200 is best for making smoothies, blending hot soups, frozen drinks, grinding coffee, milling grain, blending hummus, and making nut butter!

Simply put, the 5200 will blend any whole food ingredient to consistency. It can even handle some light food processing like coarse chopping!

It’s a true high-end kitchen blender with a 64-oz classic container that can make small to large batches.

A unique feature of the Vitamix 5200 is the High/Variable switch. It spins the blades at the highest speed when switched to the High-position to pulse.

When set to the Variable position, you can manually adjust the speed from 1 with a low 1,400 RPM to speed 10 with a high 22,500 RPM.

That said, I’ll still advise you to avoid the 5200! It’s 2023, and we now have much better Vitamix models like the Propel Series 750 and the Ascent Series A2500

12. Vitamix 5300

The Vitamix 5300 was designed as an upgraded version of the best-selling Vitamix 5200. The 5300 has a slightly powerful 2.2-horsepower motor.

It has a variable speed control knob to adjust the blending speed from 1 to 10 manually. It also has a pulse switch and a Start/Stop switch.

The Vitamix 5300 comes with a 64-oz low-profile container. It can blend any whole food ingredients to consistency and make hot soups!

Yet, just like what I have said about the 5200, I highly suggest you avoid the 5300. Instead, get a newer Vitamix model like the Propel Series 750.

What is the Difference Between a 5200 and 5300 Vitamix?

The Vitamix 5200 has a 2-HP motor and the 64-oz classic tall container, while the 5300 has a slightly powerful 2.2-HP motor and the 64-oz low-profile container!

Vitamix G-Series

Vitamix unveiled the Next-Generation Series platform a few years later by releasing two new models, the Vitamix 7500 and the iconic Vitamix Professional 750

The Next-Generation (G-Series) Vitamix blenders featured a redesigned motor base with improved airflow, allowing them to run slightly quieter and cooler.

The G-Series blenders also delivered better overall blending performance than the Classic Series Vitamix models.

Other Vitamix models on this platform include the Professional 300, the Creations Elite, and the Vitamix 780, the first Vitamix with a touchscreen!

However, Vitamix has since retired all three since they didn’t have a good market reception and made just a few sales!

What’s more, with the unveiling of the Propel Series models and the Explorian E520, most likely Vitamix will soon retire the Professional 750 and the 7500

13. Vitamix Professional Series 750

The Vitamix Professional Series 750 is popularly known as the Vitamix Pro 750, Vitamix Professional 750, or simply the Vitamix 750

Its features, specs, overall design, and build quality are similar to the newly unveiled Vitamix Propel 750, which I highly recommend!

Vitamix Pro 750 features a powerful 2.2-horsepower motor that delivers professional-grade blending performance for consistent blends.

It has a variable speed control knob in the middle to manually adjust its speed settings from 1 to 10 and use the five preset programs.

These blending programs include Smoothies, Hot Soups, Frozen Desserts, Purées, and Self-Cleaning, providing walk-away blending convenience.

On one end of the dial is an On/Off switch; on the other, there is a Pulse switch to precisely control and fine-tune the blend texture.

Like the Propel 750, the Pro 750 has a robust build quality for durability and reliability and comes with a 7-year full warranty

TIP: The Vitamix 750 is sometimes available on Amazon at highly discounted prices. Follow this link to check if these deals are still available for you to grab!

14. Vitamix 7500

Closing the list of full-size Vitamix blenders is the Vitamix 7500, which also features a powerful 2.2-horsepower motor for professional-grade blending!

The 7500 has almost the same features as the Vitamix 5300 but with an improved motor base design for durability and reliability

It also features a variable speed control knob to control the blending speed from 1 to 10.  There is also a Pulse switch for precision control of your blending.

It comes with a 64-oz low-profile container and has a 7-year warranty, but for its price, I highly recommend you get the Vitamix A2500!

15. Vitamix ONE – A Personal-Size Vitamix Model!

Vitamix designed the Vitamix ONE as a personal-size blender for smoothie enthusiasts. It has a smaller 1.2-horsepower motor and a 32-oz container!

The Vitamix ONE has a unique design that’s unlike other full-size Vitamix blenders. It’s also the least expensive Vitamix model but does an impressive job at:

  • Blending silky-smooth fresh and frozen smoothies.
  • Making tasty salad dressings, salsas, and dips & spreads.
  • Preparing whole-food juices and nut milk.
  • Making baby foods, marinades, and frozen desserts.
  • Blending hearty fresh and frozen cocktails.
  • Chopping ingredients for simple food preps.

But the smaller motor doesn’t give the ONE enough power to handle tough ingredients like milling dry grains, grinding coffee, or making nut butter.

This blender can’t make hot soups, crush ice, or mix doughs, unlike the other fourteen full-size blenders that I have featured in this guide.

Yet, it has a simple control dial that controls the blending speeds and doubles as an On/Off switch. It only has a 2-year warranty!

But for its obvious limitations, I recommend getting the Certified-Reconditioned Vitamix Explorian Series for about the same price as a brand-new Vitamix ONE.
